About Us:History of school Our school was established in 1995. The Montessori approach was initially introduced to the Mbabane community by two separate class rooms with a directress and an assistant. In 1999 the entire school building became the environment with six fully equipped authentic learning areas and five Montessori trained facilitators (ratio: 1/8). Dr. M. Montessori was an Italian born progressive educationalist. She pioneered educational science alongside Dewey, Froebel and Peaget through careful observation of children, and through studying and researching different aspects of their development. The Montessori educational system has evolved and developed over the last eighty years and has been integrated in many other educational philosophies. Our school has interpreted the Montessori philosophy to serve the needs of our international group of children.
